Fee Structure
Hourly consulting (remote/onsite): $125/hour
Facility threat & vulnerability assessment: $2,500–$5,000 (flat fee based on size/complexity)
Ongoing advisor retainer (monthly): $2,000–$4,000/month (includes up to 16 hours; additional at $100/hour) Staff security training session (2 hours): $500/session (up to 20 staff members) * Travel time billed at 50% hourly rate if outside local area.
* Emergency or short-notice engagements (+25% premium if under 24 hours notice).
