Compensation and Travel
Compensation varies depending on the length, timeline, budget, and scope of each project with a base hourly rate of $250. Able to accommodate individual project based pricing, longer range hourly, or discounted retainer options depending on project need.
Most work is remote, but sometimes requires on-site travel.

Bio
Jen is a strategic advisor and operational leader specializing in reproductive health care systems, abortion access, and clinical sustainability. Through her consulting practice, she partners with health care organizations, independent clinics, and allied groups to develop innovative solutions that ensure long-term access to integrated family planning and abortion services.
Recent work has focused on navigating the post-Dobbs landscape, helping clinics in both protected and restricted states adapt to rapidly changing legal environments. Her projects have included opening new abortion-providing clinics in protected states, developing asynchronous medication abortion services across 17 states, and creating sustainability plans for practices operating under hostile legal restrictions. Jen has successfully expanded brick-and-mortar services across the Mid-Atlantic, scaled telehealth infrastructure, and developed business models that prioritize both fi nancial viability and values-aligned care.
Jen is a founding board member of Abortion Care Network, a Rockwood Reproductive Health and Justice Fellow, and remains active on several boards in the reproductive health community.
