About Me

I am an experienced nonprofit leader dedicated to building stronger, more equitable organizations through strategic management and operational excellence. With a deep commitment to compassionate, inclusive leadership, I foster cultures where teams feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

With hands-on experience as a Development Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director, I understand the complexities of organizational leadership from multiple angles. Over the years, I’ve helped organizations grow, stabilize, and navigate change by aligning mission-driven goals with effective internal systems and people-centered practices. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing clarity, structure, and heart to complex challenges.

Passionate about mentorship, I care deeply about developing the next generation of leaders, especially women. Empowering others and fostering leadership growth is at the heart of what I do.
