Coalition-Building and Conflict Transformation

● Lead listening sessions and community conversations to surface alignment and co-create shared paths forward

● Guide organizations in building equitable structures that prioritize trust and transparency.
● Facilitate values-driven dialogue and support through conflict to strengthen coalitions and
teams.

Board and Organizational Development
● Build and strengthen boards and leadership bodies, clarifying roles and aligning vision.

● Support interim programmatic and strategic needs during transitions or organizational
restructuring.

● Facilitate strategic planning processes to build programs that are sustainable, justice
oriented, and purposeful to funders.
