POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Family Medicine practices located throughout Tampa, Lakeland, Clearwater, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Florida, as well as New York locations, are seeking dedicated, compassionate and patient-fotused Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team.

We offer a very flexible schedle designed to accommodate, with compassionate understanding of family or personal needs.

Physicians may choose from 8 hour, 6-hour, or 4-hour shifts, depending on their availability and the needs of the practice, (3, 4, or 5 days/week.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who value flexibility while providing meaningful, high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY:

• Very flexible scheduling: 6, or 8-hour shifts, 3, 4, or 5 days/week Opportunities available a multiple NY and FL locations
• Excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and physicians entering practice after residency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide comprehensive, c9ntinuous and coordinated primary care to patients
Perform thorough medical histories, physical examinations, assessments and evaluations Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and medical conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's medical needs
Provide preventive care an9 address healthcare maintenance needs and quality indicators Order, review, interpret and appropriately follow up on laboratory, radiological and diagnostic test results
Coordinate care with specialists and sub-specialists and make appropriate referrals when
necessary
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans when clinically indicated
Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
Respond appropriately an9 promptly to patient phone calls, text messages, electronic messages
and other communications
Participate in quality impr9vement initiatives and efforts to enhance patient outcomes Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local healthcare regulations and professional standards
• Provide compassionate, respectful and patient-centered care

QUALIFICATIONS & REOUIRJMENTS:
Doctor of Medicine {MD or DO) degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Current DEA Registration Current BLS Certification Current State License
