Compensation:
● The hourly salary for this position is $40-50/hr, commensurate with experience. Compensation for being scheduled on-call is $50/scheduled night and on call hourly pay is 1.25% hourly rate when called in overnight.
● For applicants with a compact license and/or willing to relocate for a full-time position, we are offering a stipend of $5,000 for relocation with a 1-year employment agreement.

● Community-minded, with a willingness to foster connections both locally and nationally with others in the reproductive healthcare and reproductive justice spaces.
● Current New Mexico RN license.
● Current BLS/CPR certification.
● ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
● Maintain current Continuing Education Units (CEU) in compliance with RN licensure.
● Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse.
